Abstract

Employees at PT Pertamina Training Consulting are divided into four divisions: occupational health, safety, security, emergency, and insurance. The security division's section head evaluates employee performance to determine whether or not work contracts should be extended. Social inequality and the existence of disadvantaged parties will result from this, by utilizing the Sugeno fuzzy inference system concept, a smart decision application for extending work contracts was created to address these issues. The evaluation takes into account the standards for missed work, overtime, warning letters (SP), and occupational health and safety. Each department head conducts an assessment, which makes the process of deciding whether to extend an employee's contract faster and more objective.
