Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is an intelligence system implanted by human assistance into a special technology to assist various existing activities. AI categories are divided into two, namely strong and weak. Then, the types of AI are further divided into three types, namely neural AI, neural network, and symbol manipulating AI. Examples of the application of artificial intelligence have been implemented in the fields of banking, manufacturing, retail, robotics, health and information technology. Technological developments in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 are growing and are widely used in early childhood learning (PAUD). The use of this technology can help every learning activity become more effective, efficient, and optimal. Artificial Intelligence is a technological medium in development in the era of the Industrial Revolution, both in developed and developing countries. can provide convenience for early childhood in accessing learning easily and quickly. The workings of artificial intelligence combine several data for early childhood learning (PAUD), intelligent algorithms for calculating early childhood, and repetitive system processing, and can enable software to learn automatically following patterns and features as a learning medium for young children. to be able to compete with increasingly advanced technology and information. influence of AI in education, it is suggested for further investigation of the technology. However, it proposes that challenges in education may be caused by AI in connection with inappropriate use of AI techniques in learning, changing roles of teachers and students, as well as social and ethical issues. The results provide insight into AI technology being used for the education domain, which helps strengthen the theoretical foundation of AI in early childhood education and provides a promising channel for AI educators and students to implement technology-based learning systems in the industrial era 4.0
