Abstract

The age of preschool children is seen as the most important age where internet discipline education must begin to be applied from an early age in order to minimize the negative effects of internet neutralization (Junida, 2019). Montessori (in Megawangi, 2004) states that the most important stage of child development is at the age of the first six years. Seeing today's information technology and the use of the internet have a very important role for humans. There are a number of indications of intimidation occurring in cyberspace, especially on social media, this is called cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is an activity using information and communication technology intentionally, repeatedly and continuously containing hostility by individuals or groups with the aim of hurting the feelings of other people, either groups or individuals. In this method, researchers will collect data from various sources that are relevant to the appropriate research topic. One solution that can be done is to provide provision to parents and teachers related to cultivating disciplined character education from an early age, knowing media literacy and monitoring of internet use for their children, guiding and teaching children about the use of internet discipline according to their age.
